Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) – Policy & Notice
At Nimbarka Industries Private Limited, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, we have constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment in the workplace.
Role & Responsibilities of ICC
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is responsible for:
• Preventing workplace harassment and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Receiving and investigating complaints related to sexual harassment in a fair and confidential manner.
• Recommending appropriate actions based on the findings of the inquiry.
• Spreading awareness and conducting training programs on workplace safety and dignity.
How to File a Complaint?
Employees who experience or witness any form of sexual harassment can file a complaint by:
1. Submitting a written complaint to any ICC member within three months of the incident.
2. Emailing the complaint to wecare@buynimbarka.com.
3. Dropping a written complaint in the designated complaint box at the workplace.
4. Reaching out to the ICC Chairperson or any committee member for assistance.
Complaint Resolution Process
• Upon receiving a complaint, the ICC will conduct a confidential and impartial inquiry.
• The respondent will be given an opportunity to present their side.
• The ICC will complete the investigation within 90 days and submit a report with recommendations.
• Necessary disciplinary action will be taken based on the findings.
• Both the complainant and the respondent will be informed about the outcome.

All complaints will be handled with strict confidentiality to protect the privacy of the individuals involved. Any form of retaliation against the complainant or witnesses is strictly prohibited, and strict action will be taken against those found engaging in retaliatory behavior.
