1. Where Do We Ship To?

We currently offer shipping across India. While international shipping is not available at this time, we look forward to offering this option in the future.

2. Shipping Rates :

We offer FREE shipping on all orders worth ₹499/- and above. For orders below ₹499/-, a shipping fee of ₹49/- will apply. For orders below or worth ₹50/-, a shipping fee of ₹199/- will apply.

Cash-On-Delivery is available for orders worth ₹300/- and above. Please note that these charges are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated as needed. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We also occasionally offer promotions or discounts on shipping, so keep an eye out for any special offers!

3. Order Processing Time :

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a message on WhatsApp and a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Our team is committed to processing orders within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery typically occurs within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), although, in rare cases, it may take 10-14 business days. Please be aware that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take a bit longer. However, we are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible.

4. Delivery :

Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package. Our delivery partners will strive to get it to you as quickly as possible. If no one is available at the delivery address, the delivery agent may leave a delivery notification with instructions for rescheduling or collecting the package from a nearby facility. After several attempts, your order will be returned back to our warehouse. If your order is returned due to unavailability, it will be canceled, and you will need to place a new order.

If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date or has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us via email at wecare@buynimbarka.com or by phone at +91-774-300-4044 within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will do our best to resolve your issue promptly.

5. Track Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and your registered email address. This email will include details of your tracking information and a link to check the status of your Happy Box.

To monitor the progress of your delivery, you can use your tracking number, registered phone number, or order ID. Simply go to the Menu Bar and select Track Your Order. You can also check your order status by navigating to My Account and selecting Orders.

6. Delays and Exceptions :

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or delays from carriers may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations. Please note that Nimbarka cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these factors.
